Normally we are starting our
life with some years at home, or at the "Krabbelstube". Then we move
on to the Kindergarten, primary school, secondary school, college and/or
university. After all our education we start with our work life, which goes
on until we are 60,65 or 67 - depending on the pension system in our country.
We
are all waiting for our last day at work and our first day of our retirement.
We are all waiting for our second life!
But - be honest- is this the right way
to live our life?
Is this the right concept?
What can we change in our life system
to make it better?
We are all tired when we are 48,52 or 54. We know we have to
work for more that 10 years, maybe 15!
What about having one year free, that we can
take between 48 and 55 - something like a sabbatical. One year in which we can
do what we like to? Making a journey around the world, learning a new language,
learn a new profession? Wouldn't it be great?
A second chance maybe!
But how
can we finance this? Working one year, one month and one week more at the end of our normal work, before we
get retired.
A little bit more, because of the risk of mortality.
What could be
the advantage?
More motivation when we are back at work, the possibility to have more
skills, knowing new things which we can use also for our job. And most of all
to have a better life, with more quality.
